We have a new resource that I would like to share - If you go to our home page of www.Paris911.com and scroll down just below the Search map - You will see a block that I have provided for your information by Foreclosure Radar.

Due to their being specific rules between the Brokers holding the Bank's listings, and them only being able to be advertised by those specific Brokers. If you see something you like, I can get you that "complete" address, but if you live in those neighborhoods where the foreclosures are, you already might know the residences.

The same block is also on www.MoreThanForeclosures.com as well. This service is provided FREE without obligation to anyone.

This engines digests Zip Codes the best. I have tried cities and keep getting no results found.

You will be surprised what you see and I hope you enjoy this Foreclosure, Notice of Default and Pre-Foreclosure Database at www.Paris911.com.

Many thanks and please let us know how we can change our sites and presentations to better suit all of your needs at connor@paris911.com.

Be Safe out There!!!

***IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE ***Please READ!!!:

There are currently some predators that are going around ready to pounce on the unsuspecting in private and public parking lots - While you leave your car and go into shopping, they will place a post it note or some other type of note on your back windshield.

They are banking on the fact when you get into your car you did not notice your window. After you enter your vehicle and start to back up you see the note on the rear window.
When you finish pulling back forward, into the space, and jump out of your vehicle to see who left what on the back of your car, they attack.

Pushing you down and driving away in your car, they have been known to drive over some of their victims in the process.

You have your purse, or kids, or other things in the vehicle so this is only the start of a cycle of events that might have been prevented if you just drove away and resisted the temptation to see what was on your back windshield.

Through knowing how the predator works - We all can make a safer place for ourselves and families - CONNOR with HONOR

Watch out for Shoulder Surfing

During my 17 years with LAPD, and even in my current Reserve status, I do speak occasionally on how to keep safe amongst the predators out there just waiting to pounce. In the Santa Clarita Valley, we might not have to worry about "crime" as in other places in this ...
