At this time, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office Child Abduction Unit is refusing to search for these abducted children since I am not a resident of California. This seems to make California (or at least Los Angeles County) a safe-haven for child abductors, and is abhorrent public policy as well as contrary to the law of the land (UCCJEA, PKPA, "full faith and credit" ...).
Therefore, I am renewing my request for help from one and all in rescuing these children.

My chidlren have been abducted by their non-custodial father- several years ago. They are home now, and the ordeal only lasted a few weeks. I cannot imagine the torture that you endure.
Your children's faces don't look readily familiar to me, but you obviously have made contact with investigators here if that is where you suspect they are, correct?
Has your ex wife remarried?
It is far easier to not get involved in someone's divroce....But is there a reason why she took the kids and ran?
As a mother, I would fight for them until I won. but to run usually indicates that she is afraid for them- or she is mentally suffering. Mentally ill seems unlikely to me, because seh would have slipped and gotten caught by now.
So, maybe identifying her fear would help with doscovering her whereabouts.
When you get your kids back, are you going to petition to have her removed from their lives?
What grades are the kids in now?
Thank you for your support. I don't know if she has remarried. The children have not been in school since August 2006, the last time they were seen alive.
Parents who abduct (or murder) their children are usually motivated by a need to control and/or inflict great emotional harm to the other parent, and this case is along those same lines. I will continue to do whatever is in the best interests of my children if they are found alive, and will base all decisions on that criteria
The felony child abduction trial has been delayed for the ninth time, and is now scheduled for February, 2009.

THEY ARE ALIVE!!!
They were located last week, and we are beginning the long and painful reunification process. They have reached the "severely alienated" stage, but as their daddy I will never give up hope!
Im very relieved to hear this. As a single father, I could not fathom nothing being around my daughter. Good luck!
