Abducted Strelioff children

I have had sole custody of my children, Mac & Lynn Strelioff, since 2000, but have not had contact with them since they were abducted from Illinois by their mother Crystel Strelioff (nee Lynn) and taken to SCV area. There is a nationwide felony fugitive warrant out for their mother based in Child Abduction charges here in IL, and protective custody warrants for the children issued by CA Juvenile courts.

The children have not been seen alive since 2006. Anyone having any information on their whereabouts, please contact LA DCFS immediately.

At this time, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office Child Abduction Unit is refusing to search for these abducted children since I am not a resident of California. This seems to make California (or at least Los Angeles County) a safe-haven for child abductors, and is abhorrent public policy as well as contrary to the law of the land (UCCJEA, PKPA, "full faith and credit" ...).

Therefore, I am renewing my request for help from one and all in rescuing these children.
