What is there to do indoors with two preschoolers on the weekend?

Other than the usual we do here at home, there seems like not much happening for families with small children. There are so many fantastic indoor playgrounds in the area but all are only open to private parties on the weekends. When the weather isn't cooperating... it's tough to find a way to let them get the lead out.

What do YOU do with your kids?

When it's too cold to play in the parks, we just take them to Valencia Ice Station, McDonald on Decoro or Burger King on Bouquet/Newhall Ranch Road. Plus ballet classes on Saturday mornings. Sunday is church day and for visiting relatives in the Valley.

How old are your children?
Have you checked the Seasons magazine? There are lots of opportunities for different activities.

Thanks. :) They're almost 4 and 2.5. Skating could be fun! Not really into the fast food play areas. We like to do things kind of spontaneously. You're right - there are lots of planned activities in Seasons.
Thanks again

Check the All About Kids magazine. The Signal publishes it. They have tons of stuff to do there too.
