I'm responding to Jesse Knight article in the 8-8-08 issue of the Escape. I disagree with how he thinks. Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker was one of the best performances I have ever seen. I found Tyra Banks to be someone that young girls can look up to. the first ever supermodel that came forward to reveal the various truths about being a supermodel. She has exposed the various "tricks of the trade" previously unknown to our young women as well as her own personal flaws allowing our young girls to accept themselves and realize that no one is perfect!!

Sign of the Times
Tyra Banks should have not received any kind of an award. She uses words and phrases so awful, that parents have to block network television from their kids. Her show should be removed in the name of human decency. I do not know if it is the sign of the times or our lack of proper regulation of broadcasting, but when shows like hers are permitted, then it is time for censorship of the airwaves.
